🏡 NOW HIRING: Loan Processing Support VA Remote | Full-Time | US-Based Client ⚠️ Please read before applying - this role requires proven, hands-on experience. We are not looking for someone willing to learn from scratch. We're looking for a Virtual Assistant who has already done this kind of work - someone who has supported a US mortgage professional and knows what it takes to keep loan files moving without needing to be walked through every step. 📋 You must have direct experience with: • Collecting borrower documents and following up until complete • Organizing and uploading files into cloud-based systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar) • Tracking and updating loan pipeline spreadsheets or CRM tools • Scheduling appraisals, inspections, and closings with multiple parties • Sending professional status updates and coordinating between borrowers, agents, and lenders • Using e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or HelloSign • Working within US business hours and communicating with a US-based team 🎯 Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in US mortgage, real estate, or financial admin support • Proven track record of managing document collection and follow-ups independently • Excellent written English - you will be communicating directly with US clients and borrowers • Strong organizational skills with a history of managing multiple active files at once • Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email management tools • Stable wired internet (50 Mbps minimum), noise-canceling headset, and webcam 🚫 Please do not apply if: • You have never worked in a mortgage or real estate support role • You are looking to learn the industry from the ground up • You cannot work during US business hours We place our VAs with quality US clients and we hold a high standard.
