Job Description:
Bp is reimagining energy for people and our planet.
We provide heat, light and mobility to customers worldwide. We’re fundamentally redefining what we do, so we can reach net zero by 2050 or sooner. We also have a strong mission to help the whole world reach net zero too – working across our industry to improve people’s lives.
It’s a big value to us that the differences we see in the world around us are reflected in our workplace. Who you are is what counts, not where you’re from or how you live your life. A culture that values everyone benefits all of us. That’s why, to help our people thrive, we cultivate a truly diverse and inclusive environment.
What you'll do:
As a trusted member of the People & Culture Services team, you will:
- Manage and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including the preparation of employment contracts, letters and contractual documentation.
- Provide administrative support and expertise in legal, fiscal, labour and regulatory processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers and HR partners, providing guidance on complex employee transactions and Workday processes.
- Ensure accurate and compliant HR administration while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Find opportunities to streamline, standardize and automate HR processes, continuously improving efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Global Business Services and People Services teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Support local and global HR projects, including system enhancements, organizational changes and policy implementation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure effective management of related processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional teamwork and provide support across the wider Spain P&C Services team during periods of high demand.
- Coordinate and monitor HR service provider invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy, cost control and effective vendor management.
What we're looking for:
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in HR administration, HR operations or employee services environments.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
- Ability to build effective relationships across a complex matrix organization.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for process excellence, continuous improvement and digitalization.
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Workday and SAP.
- Experience with HR case management systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Familiarity with Spanish authorities' digital platforms, including Social Security and other government websites.
- Experience managing employee benefits and local HR compliance processes.
- Knowledge of automation tools, process optimization and digital HR solutions.
