Position: Local Casino QA Tester (Brazil)

Work Format

• Remote
• Brazil-based only
• Flexible / part-time

Responsibilities

• Test online casino products from a Brazilian player perspective
• Test competitor casinos:

1. Registration and login flows (including CPF verification and KYC)
2. Deposits, withdrawals, and payment methods (Pix, boleto, cards, e-wallets)
3. Bonuses and promotions
4. General UX, usability, and Portuguese (pt-BR) localization quality

• Test our casino product:

1. Registration
2. Deposits and withdrawals
3. Bonuses
4. Core gameplay flows

• Identify and clearly report bugs, UX issues, localization errors, and potential risks
• Execute and update test cases when needed
• Test new features and product changes on demand
• Cooperate closely with internal QA and product teams

Communication & Process

• Remote, asynchronous work
• Communication via Slack
• No strict hourly requirements, focus on results

Requirements

• Located in Brazil
• Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese; working English for reporting
• Experience using online casino or betting products in the Brazilian market
• Understanding of player flows, payments (especially Pix), and bonus mechanics
• High attention to detail
• Ability to provide clear and structured feedback

Nice to have:

• Experience in product or QA testing
• iGaming background
• Familiarity with test cases and bug reporting
• Awareness of Brazil's regulated betting market (Law 14.790/2023, SPA/MF rules, .bet.br licensed operators)
