Welcome to Bosch. Implement a holistic PT Strategic initiative in the country toward retail partners in close cooperation with all HUB marketing functions and Sales. Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (FC, TGS, margin, etc). Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotion) in country. Manage PROMO share and execute PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey. Key Activities: Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organization. Lead and execute activities for the trade marketing touchpoints: POS, Instrore communication, Print, Events, e-dealer. Launch management (MPE proofread, local SAP MasterData maintenance (pricing), steering, new product presentation. Demand volume consolidation and contribution to S&OP sessions. Responsible for the brand protection. Strong capability in developing and executing strategic plans. Ability to think conceptually and align projects with broader business goals. Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations, interpret data, and make informed decisions. Proficient in navigating complex environments, managing ambiguity, and simplifying multifaceted problems to drive solutions. Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
