Job Overview: Overview It’s an awesome opportunity for a motivated and skilled Logistics Manager. You will work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, tech, and Customer care’departments, managing and coordinating depots and courier partners and optimizing all the logistics processes and flows. Responsibilities and Duties: You will have a key role to select the best couriers supplier and shipping techniques You will coordinate the Itinerary planning, the invoice processing and the suppliers You will analyze and be responsible of the performance of each logistics partner in your area, also making sure that all the couriers and depot staff are fully trained You will support the sales team, regarding customer proposals and rate negotiations You will manage network volumes and optimize all the logistics processes You will plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments· You will implement and update the metrics, in a spirit of continuous improvement You will draft and evaluate the budgets&expenses, be focused on cost optimization Frequent business travel are requested Key Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field 4+ years’ experience in the role of “Logistic Manager” or similar Experience in E-commerce and/or parcel logistics Proven track record of success exceeding goals Organizational and operations and/or project management experience Excellent knowledge of the "logistics and transport" sector People and partner management skills Experience managing and building relationships with 3rd parties High level of analytical skills and knowledge Logistics processes, reporting, and analytics experience Experience coming up with creative solutions and problem solving Fluent in English Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) Outstanding problem solving’s skills Why Joining Us We support a good lifestyle and work-life-balance with our flexible hours and flexible remote work policy Excellent growth opportunities Multinational company Flexible, creative, vibrant working environment We contribute to the creation of responsible and eco-sustainable logistics Become part of a team of passionate, prepared and motivated people Our Core Values Champion the Customer: Every decision and action begins with the customer in mind.
