Intermediate LeveWe are seeking an early-career Power BI Analyst to join a Supply Chain organization in an analytics-focused role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys transforming data into dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.

The position is approximately 60% analytics and 40% operational support and requires regular communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyze supply-chain and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build recurring reports and track business metrics/KPIs
• Use Excel to manipulate, analyze, and present data
• Communicate analytical findings to business stakeholders
• Support reporting and analysis needs across the Supply Chain organization
• Partner with business users to understand reporting requirements

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Power BI experience preferred; professional, internship, or substantial project experience considered
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
• Reporting, dashboarding, or technical analysis experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical/problem-solving ability
• Supply chain experience through employment, internship, or co-op is preferred
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders
• Coachable and interested in developing analytical skills

Position Details

• Type: 6-month contract-to-hire
• Pay: Up to $35/hour
• Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Work Model: Onsite in the Goodlettsville, TN area
• Target Start: Mid-November
• Conversion: Potential conversion to permanent employment as early as February

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
