We are seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, and Advanced Microsoft Excel to support logistics and supply chain operations through data-driven reporting, freight cost analysis, and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience building logistics dashboards, analyzing freight spend, maintaining logistics data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve transportation efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logistics dashboards using Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and project-level logistics performance reports.
• Analyze freight spend, transportation costs, and shipment trends.
• Validate freight invoices and carrier billing against contracted rates.
• Track logistics KPIs including on-time delivery, freight cost, shipment accuracy, and vendor performance.
• Maintain freight databases and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Build forecasting models and logistics cost reports.
• Support carrier sourcing and freight quote comparisons.
• Maintain carrier and vendor performance scorecards.
• Coordinate with Finance for freight accruals and cost allocations.
• Review shipment documentation and support import/export compliance.
• Support logistics process improvements, SOP documentation, and reporting enhancements.

• Experience working with large datasets and BI reporting tools.
