Logistics Analyst (South Africa)

Position Overview

As a Logistics Analyst within the Operations team, your main goal is to ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all delivery-related orders across GroWrk’s global operations.

This role is responsible for the reliability of delivery data, execution follow-up, and partner coordination throughout the full delivery lifecycle — from order creation and partner handoff to tracking confirmation and final delivery validation for single user and bulk or office requests.

The Delivery Operations Analyst plays a critical role in protecting client experience, SLA performance, and internal operational efficiency by maintaining the GroWrk platform as a single source of truth for delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records in the GroWrk platform, including:

  • Order statuses

  • Tracking numbers

  • ETAs and delivery confirmations

• Actively monitor and follow up on all delivery operations, including:

  • Partner handoff

  • Prep services execution as per our client’s SOP

  • Shipping progress

  • Customs and export coordination (when applicable)

  • Final delivery confirmation

• Coordinate with global partners to:

  • Request and validate shipping information

  • Resolve delivery delays or exceptions

  • Confirm proof of delivery and documentation

• Quote and process delivery-related services, including:

  • Standard and expedited shipments

  • International exports

  • Special delivery services

  • Regional logistics requirements

• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks affecting delivery timelines and take corrective action before client impact occurs.

• De-escalate incidents and manage communication with internal stakeholders (CS, LOPS, Procurement, Enablement, Product).

• Perform regional or account-specific delivery audits on demand to ensure execution quality and SLA compliance.

• Continuously identify opportunity areas in delivery workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Proven experience managing and maintaining operational databases and tracking systems.

• Experience with logistics operations, shipping coordination, or delivery management, ideally in a global environment.

• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a high sense of ownership.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• English proficiency (oral and written).

• Familiar with AI tools (Gemini, Claude, etc)
