About Pabst Nearly two centuries in, Pabst is still rewriting the playbook. We’re the team behind some of America’s most recognizable beer brands – driven by creativity, grit, and a passion for what’s next. We honor our heritage while pushing forward with bold ideas, fresh thinking, and a people-first culture. Because great brands are built by great people. The Role We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to support the day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities, helping to ensure products move accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role coordinates with internal teams, carriers, warehouses, and the managed services partner; monitors shipment status and key service metrics; maintains accurate records; and helps resolve transportation and delivery issues. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why You'll Love It Here Flexibility: Work that fits your life – with a remote schedule, unlimited vacation, 9 sick days, 10 company holidays, and 2 paid volunteer days. Great Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare plans, a 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, and more. Great People: A casual, high-energy environment where authenticity is celebrated, curiosity is welcomed, and creativity is supported. It's a place where you can show up as yourself, take on meaningful challenges, and help build brands people actually care about. What You'll Do: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor pickup and delivery activity, proactively communicate delays, and support timely resolution of service issues. Support cross functional reporting, and communication across all applicable departments. Maintain accurate shipment, carrier, delivery, and logistics records in applicable systems and trackers. Support daily communication and coordination with the company’s managed services partner and external logistics vendors. Track key performance indicators, including on-time pickup and delivery, and assist with recurring performance reports. Review freight documentation and support the research and resolution of discrepancies, claims, and accessorial charges. Partner with procurement, production, customer service, sales, and finance teams to support business and customer needs. Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance service and control costs. Follow all company policies and applicable safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, customer service, or supply chain operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns appropriately. Experience working with transportation management, warehouse management, or ERP systems (such as TMS, WMS, SAP, or Oracle). (preferred) Familiarity with freight documentation, carrier coordination, KPI tracking, and logistics reporting. (preferred) Experience in consumer packaged goods, beverage, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced distribution environment. (preferred) Think you’d be a great fit? Let’s talk.
