The Role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator / Supply Chain Assistant / Store In-charge to support logistics operations, inventory coordination, and supply chain activities. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys streamlining operational processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring inventory and logistics activities run efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to continuous process improvements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and supply chain activities to support daily business operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning, replenishment, and record accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while tracking delivery schedules and inventory movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, logistics documentation, and operational reports.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Support supplier coordination and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare inventory, logistics, and supply chain performance reports for management.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support while fostering collaboration across remote and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics coordination, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, stock management, and order fulfillment practices.
• Familiarity with inventory reporting, logistics documentation, and operational planning.
• Proficiency in analyzing operational data and preparing business reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning, and operational coordination capabilities.
