Role Description This is a full-time, remote role focused on cold calling and logistics management software development support. The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads in the logistics and supply chain sector, conducting structured cold calls to introduce KeepApp’s software solutions, and gathering client requirements related to logistics workflows. The candidate will collaborate with the development and product teams to translate business needs into clear software specifications, track opportunities in CRM tools, and support program management activities related to logistics software projects. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and following up on client meetings, sharing product information, coordinating procurement-related details with clients, and providing regular analytical reports on outreach performance and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Logistics and operations-related skills, including Logistics Management and Procurement, to understand client processes and software needs.
• Program leadership capabilities, including Program Management and Supervisory Skills, to coordinate activities across teams and support project delivery.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, assess market data, and prepare concise reports on outreach and performance.
• Proven experience in cold calling, inside sales, or business development, ideally within logistics, SaaS, or B2B software environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in clear, accessible language.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, time management, and CRM/communication tool proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in software development and digital solutions, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
