Job Description

Just imagine logistics flows that help more children experience the power of play. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Logistics Flow Engineer, you'll support global material logistics and platform management at the LEGO® Group. You'll review end-to-end logistics flows, help implement process improvements, and create clear documentation that enables consistency across operations. Working with technology platforms, warehouse stakeholders, and logistics specialists, you'll play a key role in shaping how logistics processes are designed, documented, and improved.

Please note: This position is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week from home. However, some teams have higher demand for in-office. There is no relocation support for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with delivering end-to-end logistics flow analysis and process design in a logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environment.
  • Built value stream maps, process documentation, or operational standards that supported business improvements.
  • Applied logistics or warehouse operations knowledge through engineering, project, or operational assignments.
  • Contributed to process improvement projects that resulted in measurable operational changes.
  • Produced documentation that supported cross-functional stakeholders and process alignment.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, warehouse operations, engineering, or junior project management roles.
  • Fluency in English with both written and verbal communication (C1 or above).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied LEAN methodologies to improve operational efficiency or process performance.
  • Used digital tools and systems to support logistics analysis, reporting, or documentation.

What you'll build

  • Contribute to the improvement of end-to-end logistics flows across operations and technology platforms.
  • Describe and secure process changes based on improvement initiatives, document, and store these changes in the correct systems.
  • Support platform owners with key process and logistics documentation.
  • Help define logistics flows using globally aligned standards.
  • Contribute to logistics improvement initiatives across warehouse operations and technology.
  • Build strong partnerships within a global network of logistics specialists.
  • Use operational data and process insights to identify improvement opportunities and support evidence-based changes across logistics flows.

If you've worked in a role where you mapped processes, documented operational flows, or supported logistics improvement projects, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn complex processes into clear, practical solutions that others can follow and use.

Life on the team

You'll join MD&I Logistic Flow and Factory Design, a global team of project managers, project assistants, and technology specialists with varied backgrounds and expertise. We work closely across functions, sharing knowledge and supporting one another as we improve logistics capabilities across the business. People who enjoy collaboration, take initiative, stay focused on results, and have a genuine interest in logistics process optimization tend to thrive here. Our hybrid working rhythm helps us stay connected while giving flexibility for focused work.

What success looks like

Success means becoming a trusted partner for logistics flow design, documentation, and continuous improvement. Over time, you'll help strengthen global standards, support future optimization initiatives, and contribute to the next generation of logistics processes. You'll work closely with platform owners, warehouse stakeholders, technology teams, and logistics specialists as the team continues to improve and standardize logistics capabilities over the coming months.
