Location: Warsaw, Poland
Department: Supply Chain
At Nespresso, we believe that every cup of coffee can make a difference. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and support logistics operations across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient warehousing, transportation, product availability, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to deliver best-in-class supply chain performance
Key Responsibilities
Warehousing & Physical Logistics
- Manage day-to-day cooperation with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Monitor inbound deliveries and ensure accurate goods receipt processes.
- Support and continuously improve warehouse operations and performance.
- Coordinate inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Manage product and pallet flows across the market.
- Prepare operational, logistics, and financial reports.
- Coordinate internal order management and supplier onboarding activities.
- Support product labeling and traceability processes.
Distribution & Customer Deliveries
- Coordinate B2B, B2C, and Boutique delivery operations.
- Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery processes.
- Monitor delivery performance and customer service levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and delivery quality.
- Handle product and transportation claims.
- Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams on new distribution services and initiatives.
Planning & Product Management Support
- Support demand and supply planning activities.
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment processes.
- Maintain and update product master data.
- Monitor and update product costs within supply chain systems.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and Supply Chain Policies.
- Support food safety, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
- Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.
What Will Make You Successful?
- University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, procurement, import/export, or a similar supply chain role.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
