• Lead issue resolution, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives with logistics partners.
• Identify and implement logistics cost optimization and service enhancement opportunities through strategic supplier engagement.
2. Logistics Performance & Governance
• Develop, monitor, and analyze logistics performance metrics across warehousing, transportation, inventory management, service levels, and logistics costs.
• Maintain performance governance processes and provide logistics performance visibility to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure logistics operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.

• Design and implement end-to-end material flow solutions to support new business initiatives, product launches, network changes, and organizational transformations.
• Assess logistics requirements and develop scalable distribution and warehousing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead logistics workstreams related to site transfers, warehouse transitions, ERP implementations, business integrations, and supply chain transformation projects.
• Support supply chain network optimization and long-term logistics capability development.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support supply chain performance and business continuity.
• Coordinate resolution of logistics-related issues impacting supply, service, inventory, or customer commitments.
• Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and business continuity initiatives across the supply chain.
5. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Projects
• Lead or support logistics transformation programs, process standardization initiatives, and operational excellence projects.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost savings, automation, and digitalization initiatives within logistics operations.
• Develop and implement logistics best practices, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Support strategic business projects and supply chain optimization initiatives at local, regional, and global levels.
