Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

You'll own the entire physical supply chain for one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands: every shipment, every warehouse, across two markets and counting.

WHO WE ARE

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Supplier communications: day-to-day contact for our manufacturers and suppliers on purchase orders, production timelines and delivery dates, chasing before deadlines slip

- Inbound planning: scheduling deliveries from our manufacturers into our fulfilment centres, raising inbound orders and booking dock slots

- Reconciliation: checking what arrived against what was sent, and chasing every discrepancy to a close

- Freight: sea, air and road shipments between China, the UK, the US and the EU, working with our freight partners on bookings, commercial invoices, packing lists and customs

- 3PL management: day-to-day contact for our warehouses, covering SKU setup, kitting orders, packaging and stock accuracy

- Stock in motion: one live view of what is at each site and what is in transit, so forecasts and purchase orders are built on real numbers

- Cost control: checking 3PL and freight invoices against what was agreed, and knowing the landed cost of each route

- Process: turning what works into SOPs so nothing lives in one person's head

WHO YOU ARE

- 3+ years in logistics or supply chain for a D2C or ecommerce brand selling physical product

- You've managed 3PL and supplier relationships hands-on and moved freight internationally yourself

- Comfortable working in a warehouse management system, and strong in Google Sheets or Excel; you build your own trackers

- You're extremely detail-oriented and catch errors before they happen

- You want to grow into the strategic side as we scale, and you have the ability to

Bonus if you've:

- Shipped between the UK, US and EU, including customs, duties and landed cost

- Handled food or supplement products

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 30 days: you know every product's route from factory to customer, you know every contact, and you're running inbounds on your own.

By 60 days: a live inbound calendar and stock-in-transit tracker that the whole team trusts, with every delivery reconciled.

By 90 days: no inbound surprises. Deliveries match their paperwork, freight documents are right first time, and the core processes are written down. You've found and delivered at least two changes that move the needle on time or money.

THE DETAILS

- Fully remote, based in Europe or a similar time zone

- Full-time contractor

- €45,000-55,000 a year, depending on experience

- Reporting to the Founder
