Job Summary:

We are seeking a logistics professional to manage drayage operations, coordinate with providers, maintain rate quotes, manage shipping documentation and notifications, and support our transportation management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Tasks:

• Manage and request drayage rate quotes.
• Update and maintain shipment records and provider details.
• Coordinate shipment entry and tracking in logistics software.
• Handle arrival notifications and distribute relevant documentation.
• Facilitate the distribution of pickup numbers and update system records.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems is a plus.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
