Logistics Warehouse Manager (d/f/m)

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Act as the primary Henkel counterpart and site lead for the external warehouse provider
• Safeguard inventory accuracy, service quality, SHE and operational performance through effective process and supplier management
• Oversee warehouse infrastructure, equipment, maintenance programs, and business continuity measures
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, service levels, operational standards, and governance requirements
• Define, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, SLAs, and performance management processes with external suppliers
• Lead, develop, and empower the local warehouse team (3-4 team members), including technical, maintenance, and systems-related functions
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration across local, regional, and global teams

• Master's degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience and excellent understanding of warehouse management
• Charismatic leader with experience in team leadership and project management
• Strong stakeholder and management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and strategic thinking with hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English
