Lotus Notes Developer – 12-Month Contract

Location: Remote Rate: Competitive day rate [Outside IR35] Duration: 12 months

The role

My clients Notes/Domino applications run the business, and they need a hands-on developer to keep them healthy and help plan what comes next. You'll fix, improve and document live systems, and support their planned migration to .NET.

What you'll do

• Maintain and enhance Notes/Domino applications
• Resolve production issues quickly and to SLA
• Write and optimise LotusScript, @Formula and JavaScript
• Build and update XPages and web-facing apps
• Manage ACLs, agents and application security
• Support the phased migration of applications to .NET
• Work directly with users to gather requirements and test changes

What you'll bring

• Solid commercial experience with HCL/IBM Notes and Domino (v9–14)
• Strong LotusScript and @Formula
• Domino Designer, agents, views, forms and replication
• Experience supporting legacy apps in a live environment
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues

Nice to have: .NET (C#, ASP.NET, APIs), XPages, Java, Domino REST, SQL/LDAP integration, and experience migrating data or applications off Notes.
