As our Loyalty Product Sr Coordinator , you will develop and maintain Doters' digital products (web portal and mobile applications), ensuring the continuous delivery of quality functionality to our loyalty program members—while helping internalize technical capabilities that currently depend on external vendors. Your responsibilities will include: Developing end-to-end functionality for digital products, building complete features for the web portal and its supporting services, from the interface to API integration, to sustain continuous value delivery to our members. Translating product designs into functional interfaces, implementing Figma designs in code while ensuring visual fidelity, responsive behavior, and proper performance across web and mobile channels. Operating and managing the content management platform (CMS), enabling business areas to execute content changes autonomously and reducing dependency on external providers. Ensuring the quality of both proprietary and third-party code through code reviews, automated testing, and validation of development vendor deliverables. Diagnosing and resolving production incidents, identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and documenting learnings to reduce recurrence and protect the member experience. Incorporating AI-assisted development tools, adopting code copilots and automation into the daily workflow to increase delivery speed without compromising quality. Our ideal candidate: Degree in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Has intermediate English proficiency. Brings experience from loyalty programs or start-ups or similar environments. Has hands-on experience with Figma, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases; familiarity with Claude Code is a plus. Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills.
