Department: Creos IT| Location: Luxembourg – Merl | Contract: Permanent | Job requisition N° 20038 Your tasks You define and execute the infrastructure and cloud services strategy aligned with business objectives You design, govern, and evolve hybrid and multi-cloud achitectures You ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of infrastructure services You lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and cloud engineering teams You establish and maintain infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps You define roles, responsibilites, and operational/on-call models You conduct performance management, workforce planning, and skills development You guarantee the delivery of optimim Creos IT support and services to business users You develop and maintain technical documentation and associated operational procedures You propose improvements of the technology infrastructure and Cloud technology services in conjunction with the Architecture and the other IT departments You are actively involved in IT on-call duty, and BCP and DRP organization You follow up on industry innovations and latest trends Your profile You hold a university degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences, Project Management or equivalent You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function An ITIL foundation certification will be considered as an asset Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a high willingness to discover and promote new technologies and solutions within the energy domain Knowledge of Azure and/or M365 environments and on-premises Microsoft & Linux based servers Knowledge in Digital Workplace with staging/deployment of endpoints with MECM/Intune You are proactive, curious, flexible and you collaborate with others to solve incidents Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
