The Functional M3 Senior Consultant leads and executes critical aspects of ERP implementation and business transformation projects primarily in Ecuador, Argentina, and Mexico, with a focus on solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and customer success. This role works directly with customers to understand their business needs, translate requirements into effective ERP solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Lead customer-facing ERP implementation, optimization, and transformation engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope and according to established timelines.
- Partner with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Drive key activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with customers, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements and project objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements and support the development of appropriate solution designs.
- Conduct and support system testing, including the development and execution of test plans and the resolution of functional issues.
- Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and proactively contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Travel up to 25% to support customer engagements, workshops, implementation milestones, and other critical project activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience delivering customer-facing ERP consulting, implementation, or business transformation projects.
- Experience with one or more stages of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, or post-go-live support.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional or technology solutions.
- Experience working with business processes within one or more functional areas, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Sales.
- Experience within at least one of the following industry segments: Distribution, Food and Beverage, or Equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage priorities, solve complex problems, and proactively drive project outcomes.
- Communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in Mexico for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Infor M3 or other enterprise ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor LN, or any other ERP solution.
- Experience supporting global, regional, or multi-country ERP implementations.
- Experience leading functional workstreams or serving as a functional lead during ERP implementation projects.
- Experience with ERP integration tools and technologies, including cloud-based ERP suites, middleware, APIs, or EDI platforms.
- Experience working with cloud applications, SaaS solutions, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting change management, user adoption, or business process transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience or interest in process improvement, automation, innovation, or AI-enabled business initiatives.
- Previous experience in an M3-related functional area or a demonstrated interest in developing expertise in Infor M3.
