Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team building next-generation ML systems for electronic trading. This isn’t a typical AI or chatbot role.

You’ll be working closely with quantitative researchers who develop machine learning models.

Your role will be to understand those models, adapt them when needed, and turn them into reliable production services that run in a real-time trading environment. You’ll also be responsible for making sure they’re scalable, observable, and performant under high load and low-latency requirements.

If you enjoy solving engineering challenges just as much as ML problems, and you’re comfortable taking models all the way from experimentation to production, we’d love to talk to you.

Location: Poland, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus or Georgia (remote).

What you’ll be working on

• Deploying and operating production ML systems
• Optimizing model inference for low-latency environments
• Building scalable Python services around ML models
• Working with financial time series forecasting
• Collaborating with quantitative researchers and software engineers
• Monitoring model performance and improving production reliability

What we’re looking for

• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience deploying ML models into production
• MLOps experience
• Kubernetes and Docker
• Kafka or other distributed messaging systems
• Experience building distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with time series forecasting

Nice to have

• Financial markets or trading systems
• Quantitative finance
• Market data or pricing models
• Low-latency systems

This role may not be the best fit if your recent experience is primarily focused on

• LLM applications
• Prompt engineering
• Chatbots
• Computer Vision
