I'm recruiting a Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of machine learning solutions, data science applications, and AI-driven analytics platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models and data science solutions
• Build scalable, high-quality software using modern testing and automation practices
• Drive data-led product strategy and platform improvements
• Improve data quality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Champion DataOps/DevSecOps, governance, privacy, and security best practices

Key Skills

• Strong Python and R
• Experience with Linux, AWS, containers, and data science platforms
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI development, including RAG architectures
