The Sales team helps organizations use information solutions to assess and manage risk, make informed decisions, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. This role supports TransUnion’s broader purpose by strengthening relationships with strategic clients across Colombia’s evolving fintech markets.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-development strategies for high-opportunity financial-services and fintech clients, driving sustainable revenue growth and stronger client relationships.
  • Achieve the annual revenue target for the assigned client portfolio by identifying, qualifying, and advancing incremental and transformational business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key client stakeholders, developing a clear understanding of their business priorities, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes.
  • Apply a consultative-selling approach to understand client needs and position relevant solutions that create measurable value.
  • Maintain an active opportunity pipeline and provide timely, accurate weekly sales forecasts and visibility into expected revenue performance.
  • Serve as a primary TransUnion representative for assigned strategic accounts and deliver a consistently high level of client service.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and internal partners to identify opportunities, develop solutions, support proposals, and close business.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the financial-services and fintech markets, including relevant client trends and buying patterns.
  • Share sales techniques, tools, and best practices with colleagues while contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 8 years of general business experience, including solution-sales experience within financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts, developing senior client relationships, prospecting, and identifying growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Knowledge of lending-related solutions and financial-services sales, with the ability to apply this knowledge in consultative client conversations.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage and communicate sales-pipeline information, weekly forecasts, and revenue-performance updates.
  • Strong project-management capabilities, including managing competing priorities and producing key deliverables with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate client needs and market information into structured account-development and solution-sales strategies.

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your career development and growth in:

  • Knowledge of the credit-reporting industry.
  • Experience with international business planning.
  • Advanced fintech-market awareness and the ability to analyze changing customer needs and buying patterns.
  • Strategic thinking, persistence, structured prospecting, and persuasive communication.
  • Leadership, active listening, teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
