We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Online Chat Support Representative to assist customers through live chat and online messaging platforms. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly through written messages, resolving customer concerns, and providing excellent service in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and friendly customer support through live chat and online messaging platforms
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and general inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product, service, account, order, and general support questions
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information, guidance, and solutions
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and guide users through simple resolution steps
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and service quality
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or support team
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in internal systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Follow established customer service procedures, policies, and communication standards
• Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the customer experience
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to help improve products and support processes
• Maintain a professional, patient, positive, and empathetic tone in all customer interactions
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Support other customer service and administrative tasks as needed

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
• 0–3+ years of experience in customer service, online chat support, client services, retail, hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent written English and strong typing skills
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously through text-based channels
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable learning new software, chat platforms, CRM systems, and online tools
• Familiarity with live chat, ticketing, CRM, or customer support platforms is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
• Patient, dependable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new products, systems, and support procedures
• Fluent in English
• Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
