Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch cycles using CA7, and resolve job failures and abends within processing windows.
Provide production support for ACH applications, including root cause analysis, defect resolution, and incident follow up.
Analyze ACH file formats, NACHA rules, return and exception processing, and translate requirements into technical designs.
Partner with business analysts, operations, and downstream teams to ensure changes are correctly specified, tested, and released.
Prepare technical documentation and support code reviews, change management, and audit requirements.

Eight or more years of professional experience in mainframe development and support.
Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS.
Experience with CA7 and related mainframe technologies.
Strong background in mainframe development and production support.
Experience with ACH platforms and payment processing.
ACH domain knowledge combined with the mainframe skill set above is a must for this requirement.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule from Buffalo, NY.
