What you´ll do Maintain the factory equipment, conduct calibration of measuring instruments, and update the annual PM plan. Conduct data analysis and on-site inspections to identify root causes (such as program logic errors or equipment aging), and formulate improvement measures to prevent recurrence. Complete the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, including progress tracking, resource coordination, and compilation of WI (Work Instruction) documents. Conduct renovation evaluations to assess the feasibility of equipment upgrades and implement the approved plans. Familiar with coater, coating industry is much better. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Machinery, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, or other related majors. At least 3 years of experience in equipment management/maintenance in chemical plants. Candidates with experience in maintenance, high-voltage equipment management, or VOC treatment systems are preferred. Have problem analysis and solving abilities; able to respond quickly to equipment failures and coordinate internal and external resources for handling. Possess strong safety awareness; familiar with the "Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization of Chemical Enterprises" (AQ/T 3013) and the safe operation procedures for chemical plant equipment. Good at English writing and reading, and fluent in spoken English.
