About this Position Improve workforce productivity and work quality by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, spare parts, materials, and equipment access permissions, while anticipating and eliminating potential delays. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for planning and coordinating all scheduled maintenance activities carried out on site. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a structured environment, maintaining a broad operational perspective, and coordinating multiple activities effectively. What you´ll do Ensure safety considerations are incorporated into every maintenance work plan. Develop and manage both long-term and short-term equipment maintenance plans. Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) information for assets within the assigned area of responsibility. Conduct daily routine inspections of maintenance work locations. Estimate labor hours required for each maintenance task. Diagnose the root causes of equipment issues based on maintenance requirements. Define the appropriate maintenance plan for each new work order, including scope, methodology, documentation, required tools, materials, spare parts, and external services. Verify the availability of materials and spare parts to ensure work orders are ready for execution. Develop weekly maintenance schedules and work plans. Create purchase requisitions for planned maintenance activities, including labor and materials. Establish and maintain safety stock levels for planned maintenance work. Review work order feedback and historical records to improve future maintenance planning. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree from an accredited full-time university program. 3-5 years of relevant maintenance planning experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics. Ability to develop comprehensive and detailed maintenance plans.
