Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach Maintenance Supervisors and regional technical teams
- Create and implement maintenance programs, standards, and best practices
- Oversee regional budget, parts management, and vendor relationships
- Review and analyze uptime, repair costs, and maintenance KPIs
- Identify systemic issues and drive long-term improvement initiatives
- Partner with Operations, Training, and Safety teams to align on priorities
- Ensure strong execution of maintenance support for new site openings
- Provide escalation support for complex or high-impact equipment failures
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong technical background in car wash systems or similar automated equipment
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead multi-unit technical operations
