Description/Job Summary Lindahl Reed is hiring a Management and Program Analyst to provide management, program, and administrative support related to internal due diligence for financial assistance awards, loans, and prizes related to research, technology, and economic security. This position will help execute day-to-day operational requirements and support a risk review process through coordinated information technology support, records management, reporting, and program administration. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented analyst who can manage multiple actions simultaneously, work effectively with government staff and technical subject matter experts, and turn requirements, status information, and stakeholder feedback into accurate, usable products. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Position Responsibilities Prepare progress reports and dashboards, support data calls, and run relevant reports that inform program activities and the risk review process. Ensure documents and records are complete, organized, filed, and maintained in the appropriate electronic locations. Support day-to-day operations, including managing designated email boxes and/or internal IT portals, responding to general staff inquiries, and supporting intake, compliance checks, and tracking of risk review packages. Collect feedback on policy reviews and consolidate comments into organized packages, such as comment matrices, for team review and action. Prepare documents and support routing for contracting and hiring actions through appropriate channels. Track status, progress, dependencies, and follow-up actions to help ensure timely completion and provide clear visibility into outstanding items. Support internal IT system development by coordinating with development teams to develop and refine system requirements and enhancements. Assist Subject Matter Experts with updates to Standard Operating Procedures, templates, and related process documentation, and support training or implementation activities as needed. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, science, or a related field and at least 10 years of professional experience; a Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Demonstrated experience supporting contracting and hiring actions, including preparing required documentation, routing actions through appropriate channels, and tracking status and progress. Experience supporting IT system development or enhancement efforts, including working with development teams and stakeholders to define, document, and refine requirements. Experience developing or updating Standard Operating Procedures, templates, process documentation, and other operational materials in coordination with Subject Matter Experts. Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate reports and dashboards, respond to data calls, maintain records, and organize information for management and program use. Experience managing shared or designated email boxes, internal portals, records repositories, or similar administrative systems and responding professionally to staff inquiries. Ability to collect, synthesize, and organize feedback from multiple reviewers, including preparing consolidated review packages or comment matrices. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong written communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
