As a Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for our diverse clients. Conduct market, industry, and organizational analysis to uncover opportunities, manage risks, and shape practical recommendations that create measurable impact Drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance customer experience Contribute to transformation programs by coordinating workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and helping embed new ways of working Deliver high-quality project outcomes, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved in fast-paced environments Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams to enable collaboration, momentum, and results Support clients in identifying and applying AI solutions that improve decision-making, optimise operations, and unlock innovation What ADAPTOVATE is looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Fluent in Polish and English Experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, project delivery, or a fast-paced business environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence preparing materials and presenting insights Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or collaborative working sessions is a plus Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with an understanding of their business impact Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse teams and client environments Willingness to travel as needed What ADAPTOVATE offers?
