You will be required to achieve a personal and team revenue target for the calendar year commencing January and ending December of each year to be determined upon commencement. This amount will be prorated based on your Commencement Date. Targets for subsequent calendar years will be determined annually at the start of each year. Satisfaction of your personal fee budget target is a key indicator of your performance.
