You'll lead a team of talented professionals while managing a diverse client portfolio. Your days include: Building strategic client partnerships through regular visits, becoming their trusted advisor on decisions that matter Coaching and developing talent while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients Driving new business opportunities by actively participating in developing projects and services Sharing expertise through seminars, conferences, and publications What do you bring to the table? You’re looking to make a difference, we’re looking for the following elements to help you get there. At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economic ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey) Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic Familiarity with the Antwerp region and a natural ability to broaden your network What do we bring to the table?
