Key Responsibilities Lead and hold team accountable to SLAs, quality targets, and throughput goals. Build/maintain automation (Alteryx, Power Automate, Python) to increase straight-through processing. Manage document retrieval, data feed integrations, API connections, and failure alerting. Own extraction, mapping, enrichment, and QA/QC across public, private, and operational asset classes. Track KPIs (SLA adherence, accuracy, uptime, automation coverage, cycle time). Recruit/cross-train team to build bench strength and reduce single points of failure. Partner cross-functionally with Data Ops, Data Processing, Client Delivery, and Professional Services (new fund/client onboarding). Drive process improvements to reduce recurring errors and rework.
