Manager, BI Consulting - Canada

The Tiger Analytics team is seeking a BI Consultant to deliver innovative tools and solutions to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and clients. Job Duties: Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating the requirements and coming out with a relevant solution construct for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiatives Analyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes Communicate data architecture to development teams Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met – wireframing, prototyping, etc. Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards Partner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements Work with offshore team to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholders Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises
