He aha āu mahi | What You’ll Be Doing Leading the delivery of compliance services, including preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, GST & FBT returns and taxation advice Delivering insightful monthly management reporting Providing system and process support to help clients improve the way they work Building and nurturing long-term client relationships Offering leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members Supporting and driving project work that goes beyond compliance Mōu | About You At least 2 years’ manager experience, in a NZ Business Advisory Services (CA) environment, with strong technical capability Clear, confident communicator who can bring clarity to complex information Commercially minded with the ability to think beyond the numbers Skilled at building rapport with a wide range of clients Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, supportive style Strong at managing your own workflow and overseeing junior team members Experience with accounting technology solutions is an advantage He aha ai ka mahi ki a mātou? | Why work with us Our team members tell us that it is the people here that makes the difference.
