Manager, Business Consulting

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, manage key projects, and contribute to strategic business development. This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility and visibility within the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of business plans, viability studies, technical-environmental reports, and financial strategies for client organizations. Supervise the implementation of projects, providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations tailored to client needs, capabilities, and limitations, supported by concise reports and presentations. Evaluate and oversee the identification of new business opportunities, assessing associated risks and ROI potential. Manage a team of consultants and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution. Represent the company in client meetings and high-level stakeholder communications. Required Qualifications: University degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in management consulting and/or EU funding programs, ideally with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework regarding co-financed projects and structural funds. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficient in MS Office; strong writing and analytical skills. Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills ; highly organized, results-driven, and collaborative.
