Is this job info correct?

About Us: Our purpose is to help clients exceed their financial health goals. Across the reimbursement cycle, our scalable solutions and clinical expertise help solve programmatic needs. Enabling our teams with leading technology allows analytics to guide our solutions and keeps us accountable achieving goals. We build long-term careers by investing in YOU. We seek to create an environment that cultivates your professional development and personal growth, as we believe your success is our success. JOB SUMMARY: CorroHealth is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Manager, Business Intelligence to help drive operational efficiency across our revenue cycle service lines. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and continuous improvement — you will mine operational and financial data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality gaps, then partner with operations, technology, and clinical teams to design and implement solutions that improve throughput, accuracy, and client outcomes. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys translating data into action: building dashboards and reports, running root-cause analyses, and leading or supporting process redesign initiatives grounded in data. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Note: The essential duties and responsibilities below are intended to describe the general duties and responsibilities of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. This position may perform all or most of the primary duties listed below. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member. Essential Functions: Note: The essential duties and responsibilities below are intended to describe the general duties and responsibilities of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. Analyze operational, production, and quality data across coding, CDI, claims, and/or denials management workflows to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL-based tools) that give leadership visibility into KPIs such as productivity, turnaround time, accuracy rates, and cost-per-unit. Partner with operations leaders to define process improvement goals, translate them into measurable metrics, and track progress over time. Conduct root-cause analysis on process breakdowns, quality issues, and client escalations, and recommend data-supported corrective actions. Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar) to map current-state workflows, identify waste, and design future-state processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, automation/AI teams, and business units to evaluate and support the implementation of technology-driven efficiencies (e.g., workflow automation, AI-assisted coding tools). Build financial and operational models to quantify the impact of proposed process changes (cost savings, productivity gains, quality improvement). Support the design and monitoring of pilot programs, tracking results and iterating based on data. Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for leadership and, where applicable, client stakeholders summarizing findings, recommendations, and results. Maintain data integrity and documentation standards across analyses and process documentation. Stay current on healthcare revenue cycle trends, payer policy changes, and industry benchmarks that may affect process design. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or process improvement role, preferably within healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related services environment. Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases. Demonstrated experience applying process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, or similar); Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (medical coding, clinical documentation improvement, claims/denials management, or utilization management). Familiarity with healthcare data standards and terminology (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG). Experience working with automation or AI-driven workflow tools. Prior experience supporting or leading process improvement projects in a shared-services or BPO/outsourcing environment. Exposure to statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Minitab). PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described. Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines. A job description is only intended as a guideline and is only part of the Team Member’s function. The company has reviewed this job description to ensure that the essential functions and basic duties have been included. It is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all functions, responsibilities, skills and abilities. Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
