OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a Manager Business Planning & Controlling (m/w/d) Your Tasks Manage and control the entire proposal lifecycle, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of proposal activities. Oversee and control business development accounts, including budget management, cost monitoring, and regular reporting. Provide financial support for Research & Development (R&D) activities through cost controlling, forecasting, and reporting. Manage and control internal projects from setup through ongoing cost and budget monitoring. Take responsibility for cost center planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for assigned organizational units. Prepare and analyze key performance indicators related to order intake, proposal backlog, and relevant sales KPIs. Administer, maintain, and further develop Planisware data structures while supporting business units in process-related topics. Act as a trusted business partner to departments, program directorates, and management by providing financial insights and identifying risks and opportunities. Support capacity and workforce planning processes through the provision of utilization and FTE-related metrics. Analyze and report productivity indicators and derive actionable recommendations to support business objectives. Develop utilization analyses, capacity simulations, and scenario assessments to support strategic decision-making. Support month-end closing activities through project cost status analyses and close coordination with project and contract managers. Perform ad hoc analyses, contribute to cross-functional controlling topics, and support management with special requests and business insights. Your Qualifications Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in Business Controlling, Project Controlling, or a Finance-related environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience with Planisware or comparable planning and resource management tools. Strong analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers and data. Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
