The Manager, Capital Markets plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the company’s funding platform, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and bank credit arrangements. This position combines analytical rigor, transaction execution, and cross-functional leadership to support the company’s liquidity strategy and long-term growth. The role will partner closely with Treasury, FP&A, external lenders, and rating agencies to drive insights and execute financing transactions. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Capital Markets & Transaction Execution • Support and lead execution of securitization transactions and warehouse facility financings • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external partners throughout transaction lifecycles • Assist in structuring and evaluating funding strategies to optimize cost of capital Portfolio Analytics & Reporting • Monitor loan portfolio performance, including delinquency, default, and prepayment trends • Deliver actionable insights to improve credit performance and inform lending strategy • Oversee preparation and review of monthly investor reporting packages for securitizations Financial Modeling & Forecasting • Build and maintain cash flow models for securitization and portfolio valuation • Support loan portfolio forecasting in partnership with FP&A and Treasury • Analyze funding scenarios and capital structure alternatives Process Improvement & Automation • Develop and implement automated reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) • Enhance scalability and accuracy of reporting and analytics processes Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement • Mentor and develop junior analysts • Prepare and present materials to senior leadership, banking partners, and rating agencies • Serve as a key contributor in cross-functional initiatives related to capital strategy REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, structured finance, or corporate finance • Experience with securitizations, ABS, or consumer lending portfolios strongly preferred • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (cash flow modeling, scenario analysis) • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE • Direct exposure to structured finance and securitization transactions • High visibility with senior leadership and external financial partners • Opportunity to influence funding strategy at a growing hospitality brand
