We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to drive client engagement, business intelligence, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, deliver actionable insights, manage workflow priorities, and ensure service-level commitments are consistently achieved. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Power BI and AI-driven tools, and excellent communication skills. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and operational requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth. Data Analysis & Reporting Conduct detailed research and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Design, develop, and maintain interactive supplier performance dashboards and reports using Power BI. Analyze supplier and operational performance metrics to support informed decision-making. Business Insights & Strategic Recommendations Generate meaningful business insights by interpreting complex data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Prepare and deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and executive summaries for clients and internal stakeholders. Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and insight generation. Workflow Management & SLA Governance Manage and triage workflow priorities to ensure timely resolution of tasks and requests. Monitor team performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align business objectives and deliver client-focused solutions. Support governance meetings, business reviews, and operational discussions through data-driven insights and performance reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Experience using AI tools for business analysis, reporting, and productivity enhancement. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Experience in supplier/vendor management, operations, consulting, or business analytics is preferred.
