About the Job: The Manager, Delivery Partnerships (DoorDash & Grubhub) will own and lead Taco Bell’s most critical third-party delivery relationships, driving both strategic alignment and day-to-day performance across key aggregator partners. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for DoorDash and Grubhub, shaping joint business plans, optimizing channel performance, and unlocking growth through collaborative initiatives. The Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Media, Operations, and Tech to ensure partner strategies are fully integrated into broader business priorities. This role requires a strong mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational execution, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact through partnerships. This role oversees one direct report and will help foster a high-performing, insight-driven team culture, while effectively balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. This position is accountable for DoorDash and Grubhub performance outcomes and continuous optimization of these aggregators. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Delivery Strategy & Planning. The Day-to-Day: • Lead partner-specific delivery strategy and own overall channel performance across DoorDash and Grubhub • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for aggregator partners, managing communication, alignment, and issue resolution • Own and manage co-marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation to drive performance and maximize ROI • Brief and manage development of campaign assets in collaboration with internal creative and marketing teams • Partner with the Media team to brief and integrate delivery initiatives into broader media plans • Lead joint business planning processes and quarterly business reviews with partners • Negotiate and support commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements • Collaborate with Tech and Ops on identifying enhancements to improve the delivery experience and performance • Lead and evaluate aggregator-specific tests to optimize channel performance and unlock new opportunities • Ensure partner initiatives are aligned with internal business priorities, timelines, and key calendar moments Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing or Business or other related field • 8+ years of marketing experience, partnerships or digital commerce • Must have experience working with Delivery Partners such as Uber Eats, DoorDash or Grubhub, etc. • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Operations, and Tech teams • Highly analytical with experience leveraging data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure success • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to both internal leadership and external partners • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing business needs • High level of ownership and accountability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Strong influence and collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization Work-Hard, Play-Hard: • Hybrid work schedule (onsite expectation Tues, Wed, Thurs) and year-round flex day Friday • Onsite childcare through Bright Horizons • Onsite dining center and game room (yes, there is a Taco Bell inside the building) • Onsite dry cleaning, laundry services, and carwash • Onsite gym with fitness classes and personal trainer sessions • Up to 4 weeks of vacation per year plus holidays and time off for volunteering • Generous parental leave for all new parents and adoption assistance program • 401(k) with a 6% matching contribution from Yum!
