Your job at DKV Mobility? As part of a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions, you will work in an exciting environment. Our tasks are defined by our Purpose: To drive the transition towards an efficient and sustainable future of mobility. We offer you numerous opportunities to help shape the mobility of tomorrow in a dynamic and agile environment. Our approximately 2,700 employees throughout Europe are united by a common passion: to give their best every day for our customers in more than 50 countries. True to our claim: You drive, we care. Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team!

Do you want to play an active role in driving a company’s growth and turning big plans into reality? Then join our team! You can look forward to exciting challenges, an inspiring environment, and a work culture that combines flexibility and collaboration – with our 60/40 hybrid model and modern offices in Ratingen as a hub for ideas.

We are looking for someone to drive the data-driven development of our micro-customer portfolio across the entire customer journey – Acquire, Grow & Care.

You understand how we reach our customers through digital channels, which messaging and touchpoints work, and where friction or growth opportunities exist. Together with Marketing, Data and Digital teams, you turn these insights into scalable initiatives across 23 markets – for example, to improve acquisition and conversion efficiency, drive cross- & upsell, or prevent churn early.

You use customer behavior, marketing and transactional data, and relevant signals to enable targeting, personalization and automated Next-Best-Actions. You turn insights into hypotheses, test initiatives through approaches such as A/B testing and measure their impact against clear KPIs before scaling what works. The goal is to increase Customer Lifetime Value and profitability while reducing Cost to Serve/Acquire.

  • You analyze and continuously develop the customer journey of our micro-customer portfolio across the Acquire, Grow & Care lifecycle. You leverage customer, marketing, and transaction data to identify friction points, relevant signals, and growth opportunities across our digital touchpoints and 23 markets.
  • You translate these insights into concrete, data-driven growth initiatives, for example to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion, drive cross-selling and upselling, prevent churn, or reduce the cost to serve. In doing so, you work closely with Marketing, Data, Development, and other relevant teams.
  • You develop targeting, personalization, and next-best-action approaches, transforming customer behavior, purchase data, and model outputs into scalable triggers and actions across digital touchpoints, ranging from the webshop and trigger-based communications to other digital channels.
  • You establish a strong test-and-learn culture by developing hypotheses, prioritizing use cases, managing A/B tests, and evaluating their impact through clearly defined KPIs before successfully scaling proven approaches across markets and touchpoints.
  • You collaborate with Data and Technology teams to create the foundations for data-driven growth, including the relevant data and information flows between the webshop, CRM, ERP, customer portal, and other systems, as well as tracking capabilities, decision logic, and fallback mechanisms.
  • You measure the business impact of your initiatives and continuously enhance the relevant KPIs and reporting, with a focus on acquisition efficiency, conversion, cross-selling and upselling, customer lifetime value, churn, cost to serve, and profitability.
  • You have a very strong data and analytical mindset (hypothesis building, KPI definition, uplift thinking, segmentation and decision logics).
  • You have hands‑on experience working with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
  • You bring experience in web analytics and experimentation.
  • You have experience introducing, further developing, and optimizing data‑driven solutions for business users.
  • You confidently use and interpret ML model outputs without developing models yourself.
  • You have HTML skills (e.g. for transactional emails triggered by webshop orders).
  • You bring solid eCommerce experience with a focus on shopping touchpoints (PDP, cart, checkout) and conversion optimization.
  • You work in a structured and self‑driven way, with a clear business and scalability focus.
  • You manage stakeholders confidently in cross‑functional setups (Data, Development, Performance Marketing, UX, CRM).
  • You have basic SQL skills for data exploration (independently navigating input data and ML outputs).
  • You are fluent in English and are able to communicate in German.
