Shape the future of data-driven and AI-powered services

We are looking for a Manager, Digital Service Development to join our Crusher Wears business line Digital Service Development team.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, service development, data, and artificial intelligence. Your mission is to identify new opportunities, transform ideas into scalable digital services, and help create measurable customer and business value.

You will not be expected to be a deep technical expert in our products or equipment. Instead, we are looking for someone who understands how modern digital capabilities, data, and AI can be used to solve customer problems and create new service opportunities.

This is a role for a curious builder, strategic thinker, and problem solver who enjoys navigating ambiguity and turning concepts into reality.

This position is based in Tampere or Espoo and reports to Jukka Salovaara, Director, Digital Service Development.

What you'll do

• Identify and validate opportunities for new digital and data-driven services.
• Explore how data, analytics, automation, and AI can improve customer outcomes and business performance.
• Lead service development initiatives from concept through pilot to scalable offerings.
• Collaborate with business, product, service, digital, and technology teams across the organization.
• Translate customer and business needs into service concepts, roadmaps, and development priorities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their practical business applications.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions.
• Support business case development and value realization for new service concepts.
• Drive experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and learning activities that help shape future service offerings.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in digital service development, service design, innovation, or new business creation.
• Understanding of how data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions can create customer and business value.
• Knowledge of modern AI capabilities and practical experience applying AI to business challenges.
• Ability to connect technology opportunities with business outcomes and develop value-driven business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and technology functions.
• Experience working with digital products, connected services, analytics, or other data-driven solutions.
• Curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
• Ability to move comfortably between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by the role.

You do not need to be an expert in mining, process technology, or equipment products when joining us. We believe domain knowledge can be learned. The mindset, curiosity, and ability to create new value are harder to teach.
