Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager, Enterprise Data & BI Architecture, within our Revenue Operations division. This position falls under our Revenue line of business and is remote. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on data structures and pathways, ensuring that our enterprise data model supports scalable, reliable, timely, and business-critical reporting. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Planning & Analysis and regularly collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, AI-enabled Decision Intelligence, and executive reporting.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Own the enterprise reporting architecture supporting Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
- Design scalable enterprise semantic models and enterprise data structures
- Partner with Enterprise Data Engineering to evolve the Enterprise Data Layer (EDL).
- Build Power BI semantic models and executive dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that drive decision-making
- Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce object relationships and data dependencies
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across Salesforce
- Identify gaps in data structure and proactively recommend improvements to support reporting needs
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving CRM data, integrations, and GTM systems
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and scalability discrepancies.
- Define scalable semantic models and enterprise reporting standards to ensure a single source of truth across business functions.
- Partner with Enterprise Data Engineering to optimize data pipelines, data quality, and reporting performance.
- Design and optimize enterprise Power BI semantic models including:
- DAX optimization
- Incremental refresh
- Row-Level Security
- Composite models
- Dataflows
- Shared datasets
- Fabric
- Support enterprise AI and Decision Intelligence initiatives by ensuring reporting data structures are normalized, scalable, and optimized for advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years in Enterprise BI / Data Architecture
- 5+ years of SQL
- 5+ years of PowerBI
- Ability to translate highly technical data architecture concepts into business recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor complex enterprise SQL supporting analytical workloads containing hundreds of millions of records
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses
- Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications
- Experience designing semantic models
- Experience with ETL/ELT architectures integrating CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, Finance, and third-party data platforms into centralized reporting environments
- Experience with enterprise reporting governance
- Deep expertise in:
- Salesforce data model (standard + custom objects)
- Data integrity and governance best practices
- Master Data Management
- Metadata management
- Data lineage
- Business glossary
- Data catalog
- Governance standards
- Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting environments
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and B2B sales processes
- Development Expertise with Power BI tools is critical (i.e., dashboard development, maintenance, data source reconciliation, data normalization)
