This role will focus on identifying and securing new enterprise opportunities while growing and retaining existing client accounts across multiple markets. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, this position plays a critical role in executing the company's enterprise sales strategy, managing complex sales cycles, negotiating agreements, and delivering solutions that align with client workplace and real estate objectives. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development and Sales Growth Execute the enterprise sales strategy to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target industries and markets. Generate qualified leads through networking, industry engagement, referrals, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities to achieve individual and company revenue objectives. Deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition of Preferred Office Network solutions. Enterprise Client Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Heads of Real Estate, Workplace Strategy leaders, Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources executives, and brokerage partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Negotiate, execute, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other client contracts. Partner with clients to understand evolving business needs and identify opportunities for strategic growth. Account Expansion and Retention Increase revenue within existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, including new market deployment, additional locations, expanded service offerings, and long-term partnership agreements. Lead renewal discussions and contract extensions for enterprise clients and MSA partners. Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies that align with client objectives and organizational goals. Strategic Collaboration and Reporting Partner closely with Marketing to enhance brand awareness, strengthen lead generation initiatives, and optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness. Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and client activity records within CRM platforms. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and sales strategies. Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and key account activity. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the organization's growth and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales, business development, or account management experience. Experience within commercial real estate, hospitality, flexible office/coworking, workplace solutions, corporate services, or related industries strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and cultivating executive-level relationships. Experience utilizing CRM and sales enablement platforms such as HubSpot, Yardi, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Core business hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends, may be required based on business needs, client events, deadlines, and projects. The position is based at CarrAmerica's corporate office located at 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20004. Candidates residing outside of the Washington, DC metropolitan area may be eligible for a remote work arrangement. Team members based in the Washington, DC area will participate in CarrAmerica's flexible work policy, which generally includes four days in the office and one remote workday per week. This policy may be modified based on business needs. Travel of up to 25% may be required.
