About this Position

Lead and implement regional Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies aligned with global guidelines and local business needs. Drive recruitment marketing initiatives, strengthen the organization's employer reputation, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Partner with key stakeholders to attract top talent, optimize recruitment processes, and support business growth.

What you´ll do

  • Implement an employer brand strategy specific to the region or locality, aligning it with the organization's global brand
  • Addresses local preferences and cultural nuances when implementing strategies and processes
  • Creates and executes recruitment marketing campaigns targeted at the local audience
  • Leads the development of a regional talent acquisition strategy, taking into account local workforce dynamics, competition, and trends
  • Collaborates with local HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs
  • Ensures a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Implements strategies to enhance communication, engagement, and feedback aligned with global CoE
  • Monitors and assesses the organization's employer reputation at the regional or local level Plans and organizes local recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions
  • Develops and maintains networks within the local talent pool
  • Oversees the use of technology and tools for recruitment within the region
  • Be in constant exchange with the key stakeholders Steers projects in given budget frame

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or related HR functions.
  • Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing Talent Acquisition teams to achieve recruitment goals and drive high performance.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of local talent markets, recruitment trends, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing recruitment projects, campaigns, and budgets.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate global strategies into effective local initiatives.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
