You will work a #Hybrid schedule, on-site 3 days a week in our Jacksonville, FL Corporate office.
The Manager, Facilities – Global Corporate Services is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Acosta Group's facilities management and corporate service programs across an assigned portfolio of corporate offices and collaboration centers. Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, who owns global facilities strategy, enterprise standards, and total real estate portfolio accountability, this role implements established programs, policies, and preventive maintenance practices, coordinates vendors and service providers, and delivers site-level workplace projects that support the employee experience.
The role operates within an approved annual operating plannd an assigned site budget; it does not set enterprise facilities strategy, own global capital planning, or carry total portfolio accountability. Day-to-day partnership is at the working level with IT, Corporate Communications, Corporate Security, and local site leadership, while executive, CFO-level, and enterprise vendor negotiations are led by the Head of Real Estate. Decisions involving budget exceptions, enterprise standards, contract commitments, and material risk are escalated rather than owned.
- Implement and maintain standardized facilities management programs within an assigned portfolio of corporate offices and collaboration centers, applying the enterprise standards defined by the Head of Real Estate.
- Manage day-to-day facility operations for the assigned portfolio, including maintenance, work-order response, vendor and service-contract administration, janitorial and workplace services, and space readiness.
- Apply and maintain established facilities policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules at assigned sites, and recommend improvements to the Head of Real Estate for consideration as enterprise standards.
- Coordinate with IT and Corporate Communications on the installation, support, and upkeep of workplace technology at assigned sites, including A/V systems, digital signage, and branded environments.
- Ensure assigned facilities comply with company standards for safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity; escalate risks, incidents, and exceptions to Corporate Security, Risk Management, and the Head of Real Estate.
- Administer site-level operating budgets within an approved annual plan: track spend, process invoices and purchase orders, and provide cost, variance, and forecast inputs to the Head of Real Estate, who retains ownership of the global facilities budget and capital plan.
- Build effective working relationships with site leaders, office managers, and employees to support daily operations and workplace improvements; executive-level partnership, enterprise governance, and master vendor negotiation remain with the Head of Real Estate.
- Support cross-functional sustainability, workplace enhancement, and employee experience initiatives as a contributing team member rather than as the program owner.
- Prepare recurring operational reporting and analysis — service levels, work-order metrics, site spend, and vendor performance — that feeds the executive-level reporting delivered by the Head of Real Estate.
- Direct and oversee contract and vendor resources supporting the assigned portfolio; no direct people-management responsibility at this time.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
- Working knowledge of facilities management, building systems, and workplace technology (A/V, low-voltage/data cabling, digital signage, building automation).
- Strong project coordination skills with a track record of delivering site-level projects on schedule and within an approved budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present operational updates clearly to leadership and site stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across geographies and cultures, with the ability to travel as needed (up to 20%).
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, follow established processes, and drive continuous improvement at the site level.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing site operating budgets and tracking project costs against an approved plan.
- Collaborative team member with the ability to work effectively with internal business partners and external vendors.
- Adept at balancing day-to-day operational priorities with project deadlines and service commitments.
