About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader to join the FP&A team and lead US G&A financial planning, performance management, and decision support. This role serves as an important partner to others across the organization, including HR, Finance, Technology and Marketing, helping ensure resources are deployed against Taco Bell’s key priorities.

The Manager, FP&A will own G&A forecasting, planning, and performance reporting while providing clear insights into business drivers, risk, opportunities, and trade-offs. The successful candidate is a strong business partner who can help connect financial performance to business decisions, influence cross-functional partners, and translate data into clear insights for senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with curiosity, a bias for action, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

The Day-to-Day:

• Own US G&A financial performance, including period close, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning; synthesize results into a clear view of performance
• Drive strategic G&A planning and resource allocation, balancing incremental asks, productivity opportunities, and enterprise needs against G&A targets
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to budget leaders, providing insights and constructive challenge around spending, headcount, investment decisions, and forecast assumptions
• Partner with International Finance to manage the global G&A outlook and communicate implications to Finance leadership
• Own workforce and headcount financial planning, including changes, allocation, and funding across major sources, in partnership with HR and functional leaders
• Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and analytical tools
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership that facilitate sound decision-making

Is This You?

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business planning, or related finance discipline
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and elevate talent
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, connecting financial results to underlying business drivers, and translating infights into action
• Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships, influence without authority, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill financial information into clear, concise narratives and recommendations for audiences at all levels
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools, with a mindset toward continuous improvement and automation
