Overview:
We are seeking a techno-functional HR professional with expertise in Talent Acquisition technology and digital transformation. This is not a recruiting role. The ideal candidate will lead TA technology initiatives, optimize recruiting platforms, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition technology and digital transformation projects.
- Partner with TA COEs, IT, and HR teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage and enhance TA platforms such as iCIMS, Eightfold AI, HireVue, and Oracle HCM.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery including design, integrations, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Support Recruit-to-Hire and Onboarding processes across enterprise systems.
- Establish governance, data integrity, compliance, and user experience standards.
- Evaluate emerging TA technologies, AI, and automation solutions.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for HR technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition technology, HRIS, or HR digital operations.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise TA platforms (iCIMS, Eightfold, HireVue, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, integrations, and HR data flows.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled recruiting solutions and automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition analytics and reporting solutions.
